  • The very first step is to evaluate your existing space and determine what you want your basement to provide for you.

  • Once the layout is determined, we can begin framing and insulating the walls.

  • After the electrical, HVAC, and plumbing are set up and ready, we close up the walls and mud them up!

  • Depending on the ceiling height, pipes, wiring, and HVAC, your ceiling can be drywall or drop ceiling tiles to allow for easy access to important systems. We install the overhead lighting once the ceiling is complete.

  • Once the floor in levelled, there are many options for flooring, and it can vary room-to-room!

  • Now that the walls, ceiling, and floor are complete, we install the trim, hang doors, prime, and paint your space before bringing fixtures and appliances in.

  • Pre-chosen light fixtures, appliances, cabinets, bathrooms fixtures can be brought in and installed.
