In Easton MA, our client had a cozy den — except it wasn’t cozy, it was actually quite cold in the winter and the lighting was spotty at best!
For this project, we removed the old ceiling, added insulation (which it had NONE of!), covered it back up with new fir boards, wrapped the beams and stained them, and had new lighting installed before sanding and applying a protective coat on the new fir.
